Champion of Nations Teams

After a discussion with the IFAA executive this week, we are pleased to announce the availability of running a Champion of Nations at this event.  Please read below for how this will work.  

There will be no Styles teams at this event.

ARTICLE 11 – CHAMPION OF NATIONS COMPETITION

A. Purpose

To provide a venue in which National Teams may compete against each other for the title

“Champion of Nations”. This competition makes use of all IFAA Shooting Styles.

B. Eligibility

Each full member association of the IFAA is eligible to enter a team in the Champion of

Nations competition. Archers in each team must be members in good standing of the

member association under which the team is formed. Senior, both male and female, Veterans, both male and female, Adults, both male and female and Young Adults, both male and female, of all IFAA shooting styles, are eligible.   The IFAA Professional and the Junior or Cub divisions are not eligible.

A registration fee is required for a team of TBC This is paid for by your National Association.

C. Tournaments

The system can be applied to all World Championships and Regional Championships;

however, Regions may elect to use a different system.

Exec note: At this stage only the WFAC and WBHC are eligible for the CON. The WIAC

is at this stage not automatically included as insufficient competitors may attend such an

event.

Speak to your National Executive to be added to the selection process for your Nation.  We need teams registered with the NZFAA Registrar prior first day of competition.
